7:00 PM Sarto recommended reducing the ZBA application fee from $165.00 to $125.00. The Board passed the motion. Sarto also discussed a letter written by Paul Bracciotti to Lynn Arnold, Planning Board Chairperson, regarding the proposed Senior Housing project. The minutes for May 19, 2009 were read and accepted.

The Albarella’s along with their builder Alfred Beaudreau presented their plans to add a deck to the side of their house. Abutter Henri Baillargeon, 215 Mashapaug Road was also present.
A site visit was scheduled for June 15, at 5:30 PM.
A continuance was scheduled for June 23, at 7:30 PM.
